On the sidelines of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly, Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with Prak Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
The ministers reviewed the development of bilateral relations, emphasizing the importance of expanding high-level political dialogue, strengthening interparliamentary contacts, and deepening mutual support within international platforms, particularly the Non-Aligned Movement, CICA, and ASEAN.
Minister Sokhonn expressed gratitude to Azerbaijan for hosting the upcoming CICA Summit and wished every success in its organization.
The ministers also discussed cooperation in the area of demining. They exchanged views on regional and international developments, underscoring the importance of continued coordination and dialogue.
