Mikayil Jabbarov, Azerbaijan's Minister of Economy, met with Robert F. Smith, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Vista Equity Partners, on the sidelines of the 2nd Azerbaijan International Investment Forum.
The meeting featured an exchange of views on Azerbaijan’s investment potential, economic reforms being implemented in the country, and opportunities created for international investors.
The sides discussed new opportunities emerging in global financial markets and the prospects they present for attracting investment to Azerbaijan’s economy.
The sides also considered new areas of mutual interest for investment and exchanged views on opportunities to expand cooperation between Azerbaijan and Vista Equity Partners.
