10th anniversary of Eastern Partnership marked in Prague

An event marking the 10th anniversary of the EU's Eastern Partnership (EaP) initiative has been held in Prague, the Czech Republic.
Organized by the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade, the event was held under the auspices of the Czech Government and the European Commission's mission in the country.
The two-day event brought together the representatives of the EU’s Eastern Partnership countries. The discussions mainly focused on trade and economic convergence between the EU and the Eastern Partnership countries, the work done by the EaP nations to achieve the targets set by 2020 as well as prospects of cooperation.
Chargé d'Affaires ad interim of the Azerbaijani Embassy in the Czech Republic Etibar Abdullayev highlighted the work carried out over the 10 years of cooperation within the EU’s Eastern Partnership Initiative.
Addressing the panel session on Azerbaijan, Abdullayev provided an insight into the economic reforms, investment climate and business opportunities in Azerbaijan.
