I would like to take this opportunity to once again convey my deep gratitude for your commitment to the successful implementation of this process.”
“Your re-election comes at an important time in the world energy affairs and extends your much recognized guiding role towards further strengthening and institutionalizing the cooperative efforts among oil producing countries. In fact, we still recall with admiration the gracious hospitality you kindly extended to myself and the OPEC delegation during our visit to Azerbaijan on 18-19 March. The discussions we had then were fruitful, informative and full of promise,” Mohammad Sanusi Barkindo said.
