1st International Caspian-Black Sea conference kicks off in Baku

Baku, November 21 (AZERTAC). The 1st International Caspian-Black Sea conference called “Industrial Safety in the Energy Sector. Offshore and Onshore Oil Spills: Problems and Solutions” has today started in Azerbaijan`s capital.

Confidence Capital Company has organized the conference supported by Azerbaijan Ministry of Emergency Situations.

A two-day conference features discussions on coordination of joint operations, risk management in implementation of offshore projects, application of modern technologies on elimination of floods, land recultivation and other issues.

The conference brings together representatives of huge oil-gas companies and leading technology producers from Azerbaijan, Russia, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Turkey, Norway, France, Belgium and other countries.
