    2022 Australian Open women's singles final: Barty vs. Collins

    The 2022 Australian Open women's singles final will be played between top seed Ashleigh Barty and world no. 27 seed Danielle Collins, according to Anadolu Agency.

    Collins from the US eliminated Polish no. 7 Iga Swiatek 6-4, 6-1 in semifinals at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne on Thursday.

    Swiatek, 20, previously stunned tennis authorities after winning her first and only Grand Slam title in the 2020 French Open (Roland Garros).

    The 2022 Australian Open women's final will be held on Saturday.
