Scientific-practical conference "Strategies XXI" held

An online international scientific-practical conference "Strategies XXI" was held at the "Carol I" National Defense University of Romania, Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense told AZERTAC.

At the plenary session of the conference, Rector of the National Defense University, Professor, Lieutenant General Heydar Piriyev delivered a report on "Military aspects of the Second Karabakh War" and answered the questions of the conference participants.
