ACCORDING TO OSCE REPORT MILLIONS CANNOT RETURN TO THEIR HOMES
According to the report of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), published at the annual conference held in Warsaw, over 3 million people in Europe and Central Asia cannot return to their homes.
“Due to battle actions and violation of human rights, 3 million people have currently left the places of permanent residence”, the report reads. It underlines that the problem of refugees and displaced people is related to 13 out of 55 member-countries of OSCE.
The issue of displaced people is a big humanitarian problem, threatening security of the region, the report reads.
