    ALLOWANCES TO RISE NEXT YEAR

    The work towards social protection of the population is to be continued next year. The volume of one-time birth grants will increase 2,1-fold in 2005, AzerTAj correspondent learnt from the Ministry of Finance. The next year’s draft budget provides for AZM 9 billion for this purposes. The budget contains additional 12,5 billion manats for funeral allowances.
