ARMENIA INTERFERE MONITORING

According to the OSCE Chairman’s special envoy mandate, monitoring on separation line of troops of Azerbaijan and Armenia was planned to be held in Agdam village of Tovuz region, at 11 a.m., on August 19.

On behalf of Azerbaijan, OSCE Chairman special envoy Anjeu Kaspshik, field assistants Karel Kratki and Kennet Pikles, officials of the executive powers of Tovuz and Gadabay regions attended the monitoring, but, Armenian Armed Forces interfered the monitoring using submachine guns, AzerTAj regional correspondent reports.

Notifications made by Anjeu Kaspshik were in vain. Taking into account civilians’ security, the delegation had to leave the place of monitoring at 14 p.m. Mr. Kaspshik stated that he would bring this fact to international organizations’ notice.
