    Abdulkerimov Alsafa Yusif oglu, 1981, a resident of Barda region, Azerbaijan, taken by the Armenians as a hostage on 13 September, was released on 22 September, with the participation of representatives of the State Commission on POWs, hostages and missing persons and by mediation of IFRC.
