AZERBAIJANI GARDENERS TO GROW “GRAND SMIT” AND “FUJE”

Two thousand young plants of “Grand Smit” и “Fuje” sots of apples have been delivered to Azerbaijan from France and planted in Guba Regional Scientific Plant-Growing Center.

The firm “Frazer” is expected to supply plenty of grafting substances and buds stable to diseases and apple pests. Young plants will be immediately delivered to fruit gardens.

This project will allow developing gardening and establish joint fruit-processing ventures.

Few days ago, Ambassador of France to Azerbaijan Ms Shantal Puare together with French senators who came on an official visit to Baku, visited the Scientific Center to get acquainted with fruit-growing business.
