    AZERBAIJANI MUSICIANS INVITED TO INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL

    An international variety festival “Issik Kul-2003” will be held in Karakol, Kazakhstan between September 12 and 14. Azerbaijani young musicians have been invited to the festival to be arranged by the Kirghiz Ministry of Education and Culture along with the Composers Union of that country. The traditional festival, which is to be held for the fourth time, pursues the goals of the best music samples propaganda, stimulating off modern music genre and expansion of ties among foreign composers and musicians.

    The delegations from 10 countries will attend this festival.
