AZERBAIJANI-UKRAINIAN RELATIONS EXPANDING
Ambassador of Azerbaijan Talat Aliyev, the first Deputy head of Kiev oblast Igor Shovkun, Mayor of Irpen Vladimir Skarzhinsky and rector of the State Tax Service Academy of Ukraine Peter Melnik attended the press conference, AzerTAj correspondent for Ukraine reports.
In his speech, Azerbaijani diplomat stated that the vast impulse to development of the bilateral relations on the regional level was given after reception of the official delegation of Kiev oblast by the President of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev in Baku, on June 27. He stated that joint venture on output of the agricultural production on the base of ‘Irpenmash’ is planned to create in Garadag region of Baku. Production shop, service center and spare parts shop will be also opened in Baku.
Ambassador also stressed that the firm ‘Azerbaijan-Ukraine’ that promotes the implementation of the business-projects and synchronization of the bilateral commercial-economic relations will be opened in the capital of Azerbaijan, Irpen, in Kiev as well.
I. Shovkun, in his turn shared his impressions on Baku, hospitable residents, and unforgettable meetings with the President Heydar Aliyev and told on large-scale plans of Irpen leadership in coordination of the close partnership relations with Azerbaijan.
P. Melnik touched on plans of cooperation with Azerbaijani side in preparation of the high-skilled personnel for the tax bodies of Azerbaijan.
