    AZERBAIJAN BECOMES MEMBER OF EPPO

    Azerbaijan became the 49th member of the European and Mediterranean Plant Protection Organization (EPPO), letter of the Organization’s Director General Nico van Opstal to Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Agriculture said.

    EPPO is an intergovernmental organization responsible for European cooperation in plant protection in the European and Mediterranean region.

    Currently, Azerbaijan carries out import-export operations in the area of agriculture with 106 countries of world.
