    AZERBAIJAN MICROFINANCE BANK GRANTS SMALL CREDITS

    Since August, 2003, the Microfinance Bank of Azerbaijan has been granting its clients two new bank products: small credits from 10 to 30 thousand US dollars, and Western Union money transfer system.

    The credits given for the period from 2 to 24 months at 2,5 percent monthly interest rate are aimed at financing different sectors of economy including trade, services and industrial sector. First credits were already granted in early August.

    The second kind of the services has been provided since August 11: now the bank’s clients are able to make money orders to any spot of the World.
