    AZERCELL COMES TO BENIN

    Joint Venture Azercell Telecom has brought the number of its roaming partners to 252 by signing a relevant agreement with Spacetel-Benin mobile operator of Benin, press service of JV Azercell announced. Benin has become the 113 country where Azercell subscribers can enjoy its services.
