AZEUROTEL TO INVEST $40 MILLION TO TELECOMMUNICATION SECTOR OF AZERBAIJAN

Within the frames of the perspective development program, “Azeurotel” company intends to invest $40 million for telecommunication network development of Azerbaijan for 2004-2006. According to the Communications Ministry, the Company will complete a three-year program aimed at development of the up-to-date telecommunication technologies for 2-3 months.

According to the “Azeurotel” director Nuru Ahmadov, one of the main directions is development of the internet-telephone. The “Azeurotel” intends to reduce service costs by 40 percent.
