Ambassador: Morocco can become gateway for Azerbaijani entrepreneurs to African countries

The Kingdom of Morocco can play a role of a secure transit country for Azerbaijani businessmen who seek to penetrate not only the domestic market of Morocco but also other African nations, Mohamed Adil Embarch, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Morocco to the Republic of Azerbaijan said at the meeting with Yusif Abdullayev, Head of AZPROMO (Export and Investment Promotion Agency of Azerbaijan).

Abdullayev briefed the ambassador on the AZPROMO’s activities, business and investment climate in the country, and goals set to the AZPROMO representatives during their planned business trip to the Kingdom of Morocco on February 20-22. According to him, the visit aimed to hold meetings with entrepreneurs and investors operating in Morocco and explore the local market.

The Moroccan ambassador hailed political relations between the two countries, stressing the importance of developing economic relations too.
