Asan Imza integrated into Electronic Data Disclosure System of State Committee for Securities

The mobile electronic signature “Asan Imza” has been integrated into the Electronic Data Disclosure System (EDDS) of State Committee for Securities (SCS) of Azerbaijan Republic which was put into exploitation on February 10, 2016.
EDDS is the common electronic platform for acceptance, centralized storage and disclosure of information stipulated by the legislation to be disseminated by issuers securities of which are in public offer and admitted to trading on the regulated market.
EDDS has been developed with the aim of increasing transparency on the securities market, ensuring efficiency of supervision over the data, provision of accurate and detailed information to investors, centralized storage of the data disclosed on the securities market and digitalization of processes.
Disclosure and obtaining of information by issuers is carried out at www.disclosure.az in accordance with the rules on “Dissemination of information by issuers on the securities market”. Issuers can disclose their information either by applying to SCS or via registering online in the Electronic Data Disclosure System at www.disclosure.az using their Asan İmza.

“Asan Imza” certificates are issued by Asan Certification Services Centre (ASXM) of the Ministry of Taxes. ASXM, established jointly by the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Communication and High Technologies and accredited at the Ministry of Communication and High Technologies, is empowered to issue qualified certificates to the employees of state and municipal authorities, legal entities and individuals.
