    “Presence of foreign fighters and mercenaries in the ranks of Armenia's armed forces is reaffirmed in the reportage of Reuters,” Assistant to the Azerbaijani President, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev made a post on his Twitter account.

    “We have stated on multiple occasions that Armenia involves mercenaries from Lebanon and Syria along with PKK terrorists,” Hikmat Hajiyev tweeted.
