Azerbaijan Army positions in Kalbajar and Lachin once again subjected to fire

“Starting from the afternoon of September 10 to the morning of September 11, the Azerbaijan Army positions, stationed in the directions of Zaylik, Yellija, Yukhari Ayrim settlements of Kalbajar district and Sadinlar settlement of Lachin district, were periodically subjected to fire by the use of various caliber weapons from the Armenian armed forces positions, stationed in the directions of Yukhari Shorja, Ashaghi Shorja, Zarkand settlements of Basarkechar district and Khazinavar settlement of Gorus district,” Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Defense told AZERTAC.

“As a result of the adequate retaliatory measures taken by the Azerbaijan Army units the opposing side was suppressed,” the ministry said.
