Azerbaijani Prime Minister Artur Rasizade and Georgian Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Giorgi Gakharia have discussed prospects for cooperation between the two countries.
Rasizade hailed high-level strategic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Georgia. He emphasized the necessity of expanding the activity of Azerbaijan-Georgia Intergovernmental Economic Cooperation Commission. The prime minister said successful implementation of joint projects in the private and public sectors, particularly energy, transport, trade, tourism and agriculture is in the best interests of the two friendly countries. Gakharia said Georgians will always remember the Azerbaijani government`s and people`s friendly assistance in difficult times.
