Azerbaijan to open tourist office in Istanbul

The Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan keeps on taking measures on active promotion of country’s tourism potential abroad. A tourist office of Azerbaijan will soon appear in Turkey’s Istanbul, the Ministry stated.

Tourist office will be opened in order to popularize and promote the country's tourism opportunities.

In this regard an agreement was reached between the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan and the company ‘Gateway’, operating in Istanbul.

The official opening of the tourist office will be held on February 29.

The Azerbaijani tourist offices are already operating in the UAE and Germany for several years. In Russia such an office started to work on February 24 current year.
