Azerbaijan to send humanitarian aid to Kyrgyzstan

Azerbaijan will send humanitarian aid to Kyrgyzstan due to a powerful quake that occurred in Kyrgyzstan.

The powerful quake occurred in the Osh province of Kyrgyzstan caused destructions and damaged infrastructure.

The Kyrgyz government asked Azerbaijan for the aid. Under the instruction of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the Ministry of Emergency Situations is carrying out preparatory works for sending AZN 1 mln worth of humanitarian aid to quake-affected zone.
