Azerbaijani FM: We will stand by Türkiye in reconstruction works

“Due to the earthquake each moment has its own priorities. The main priority for now is to save people, help the injured, and the next stage will be to bring all these regions back to life. In this regard, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has already given a message that Türkiye will overcome the consequences of the earthquakes within a year,” said Azerbaijan`s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at a joint press conference with his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu in Kahramanmaras.

“We are sure that the powerful Turkish state will overcome this. On behalf of the state of Azerbaijan, President Ilham Aliyev has already pointed out that we will stand by our Turkish sisters and brothers from the first minutes and hours, and will also be with Türkiye in all these processes, including reconstruction works,” FM Bayramov added.
