Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov has had a telephone conversation with his Iranian counterpart Hossein Amir-Abdollahian.

The ministers discussed the current state of relations between Azerbaijan and Iran as well as some existing problems and ways to solve them.

The sides agreed to continue negotiations and mutual contacts between the relevant authorities of the two countries.

The pair also exchanged views on a number of regional issues.
