Azerbaijani President extends Independence Day greetings to Latvian counterpart and Sultan of Oman

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of congratulations to President of the Republic of Latvia Raimonds Vejonis as his country celebrates Independence Day.

"I believe that the development of traditionally friendly relations and mutually fruitful cooperation between Azerbaijan and Latvia will continue to serve the best interests of our people," the Azerbaijani President said in his letter.

"On this joyous day, I wish you robust health, success in your activities, and the friendly people of Latvia everlasting peace and prosperity," the head of state added.

President Ilham Aliyev also congratulated Sultan of Oman Qaboos bin Said on the occasion of the national holiday of his country.

"On this joyous day, I wish you the best of health and happiness, and the friendly people of Oman lasting peace and prosperity," President Ilham Aliyev said in his message.
