    Azerbaijani President extends condolence over death of first president of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Rauf Denktash

    Baku, January 14 (AZERTAC). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today sent a letter of condolence to President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Dervish Eroglu over the death of Rauf Denktash, the first president of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and eminent statesman and public and political figure.

    The President said in the letter that he was deeply saddened over the death of Rauf Denktash and extended his heartfelt sympathy.
