Baku, May 6 (AZERTAC). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today received former Uruguayan President Luis Alberto Lacalle.
They underlined the importance of the first Southern Caucasus Forum to be held in Baku.
They noted good opportunities for development of the bilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan and Uruguay.
