Azerbaijan’s Milli Majlis, Russian State Duma sign Memorandum of Understanding

Azerbaijan’s Milli Majlis and the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation have inked a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation.

The document was signed by Speaker of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova and Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin.

Prior to the signing ceremony, Speaker Sahiba Gafarova, who is on an official visit to the Russian Federation, met with Chairman of Russian State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin.

During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the development of bilateral relations between the two countries, as well as ties between the two countries’ parliaments.

The meeting continued with the participation of delegations.
