Azerbaijan`s gas production `scheduled to reach 30bn cm` by 2015

Baku, July 17 (AZERTAC). President of Azerbaijan`s state oil firm, SOCAR, Rovnag Abdullayev has said the country`s gas production is scheduled to reach 30 billion cubic meters by 2015.
Abdullayev spoke at “Caspian Energy Dialogue” international conference in Baku.
“What we have done in the oil and gas sector as well as the potential of our prospective fields lay a ground for us to make such prognoses.”
Abdullayev added: “And this will increase Azerbaijan`s role in ensuring Europe`s energy security.”
