    “BLACK CAT, WHITE TOM-CAT”

    A film “Black cat, white tom-cat” in German was shown in the German-Azerbaijani Cultural Center “Kappelhaus”. The film narrates on the life and adventures of Gipsy Matco who made up his mind to make a fortune by swindling. It gained popularity in Europe. At the festival in Venice in 1998, the film was conferred with prize “Silver Lion”, and dubbed in several languages. Most actors are Turks and Yugoslavs.

    Bakuvites welcomed the film shot by director Emil Kusturitsa.
