Baku to host meeting of UNWTO Commission for Europe
Baku, April 2 (AZERTAC). The 57th meeting of the European Commission of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) and “Developing Effective Tourism Clusters” workshop will take place in Baku on April 3-4
The events will be attended by delegates from 31 countries, and UNWTO officials, experts, and representatives of European tourism agencies.
On the sidelines of the events Azerbaijani Culture and Tourism Minister Abulfaz Garayev will meet Secretary General of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking countries Halil Akinci, the Minister of Sustainable Development and Tourism of Montenegro Branimir Gvozdenovic, Croatian Tourism Minister Darko Lorenc, the State Secretary of the Ministry of National
Economy of Hungary Istvan Komorowski and Lithuanian Minister of Economy Evaldas Gustas.
The Agreement on holding the 57th meeting of the UNWTO European Commission in Baku was signed by the Azerbaijani Culture and Tourism Minister and the UNWTO Secretary General at the 56th meeting of the European Commission.
