CASPIAN INFRASTRUCTURE EXPANSION IN LIMELIGHT
The 11th sitting of the Council of Council of Foreign Investors under the President of Kazakhstan has taken place in city Kendirli.
This council aims at establishing direct contacts with investors of Kazakhstan, rapid tackling problems associated with investment activity.
The meeting attended by representatives of 75 international companies and organizations hinged on the issues of widening the Caspian region infrastructure attracting foreign investors in this sector.
At the press conference, President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev stated that tax rules cover only new projects and earlier signed agreements. He noted that the preference is given to projects of pipelines going to Persian Gulf and passing Russia and China, Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan, Turkmenistan.
