CIS heads of anti-terror departments and special services to meet in Minsk

Minsk, May 25, AZERTAC

The Belarus capital will host a meeting of the heads of anti-terror departments and special services of the Commonwealth of Independent States on May 31 - June 2, AZERTAC correspondent was told at organization’s headquarters.

Organizers of action are the Anti-terror Center of the CIS member states and the State Security Committee of Belarus.

In particular, meeting participants will discuss the issues of security during international events and cooperation of special services in the fight against international terrorism and extremism, the activity of the Anti-Terror Center and other issues.

The event will be attended by the delegations of competent authorities of Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and other countries, the CIS Executive Committee, the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers of Defense, Coordination Service of the Council of border troops commanders, the Council of heads of the divisions of financial investigation, Bureau for coordination of fight against organized crime, Interstate Aviation Committee, the regional and international organizations.
