    CONTESTS ON JOINED GRANTS PROGRAM FINISHED

    The first contest on Azerbaijan-USA joint grants program initiated by Azerbaijan National Scientific Fund and UN Civic Research and Development Fund has come to the end. Fifty nine projects had been submitted to the competition, National Scientific Fund reported. Azerbaijani and US experts will examine the projects and announce a list of selected ones by the end of 2003.

    35 thousand dollars will be allocated for each selected project.
