“Committing such a terrible tragedy like the Khojaly genocide in the 20th century is unacceptable. I will write a book on the Khojaly genocide based on information that I have collected,” said head of the Indonesian National Commission on Human Rights Nur Kholis as he met Executive Director of the “Justice for Khojaly” International Campaign Yusuf Mammadaliyev in Baku.

Mr. Mammadaliyev highlighted the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, crimes of committed by Armenians against Azerbaijanis and the Khojaly genocide. He provided an insight into what has been done to promote the world community`s awareness of the Khojaly genocide, particularly the campaign initiated by vice-president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva.
