Prague, April 5 (AZERTAC). Czech Senate President Milan Stech and his spouse Ivana Stechova have today hosted a dinner in honor of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and first lady Mehriban Aliyeva in Prague.

Czech Senate President Milan Stech and his spouse Ivana Stechova welcomed Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and first lady Mehriban Aliyeva.

Members of the Senate were introduced to the Azerbaijani leader and his spouse.

Afterwards the dinner was given.

Milan Stech praised the Azerbaijan-Czechia relations, saying they were developing in different areas, in particular in economic one.

He said Czechia attached a particular importance to its cooperation with Azerbaijan.

Milan Stech said Czechia praises Azerbaijan`s role in the region.

President Ilham Aliyev made remarks at the dinner.

The Azerbaijani leader said the two countries` relations had been rapidly developing in the last few years.

Following the dinner President Ilham Aliyev and first lady Mehriban Aliyeva signed the Senate`s guest book.
