DECREEOF PRESIDENT OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
ON APPROVAL OF THE “RULES OF LUMP SUM PAYMENT TO THE PERSONNEL OF THE STATE COURIER SERVICE UNDER THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC OR - IN CASE OF DEATH WHILE PERFORMING OFFICIAL DUTIES, DISABLING DISEASE OR INJURY - TO MEMBERS OF THEIR FAMILIES
With the aim to provide application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On Courier Service” , I hereby decree:
1. The “Rules of lump sum payment to the personnel of the State Courier Service Under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic or - in case of death while performing official duties, disabling disease or injury - to members of their families” shall be approved.
2. The present Decree comes into effect from the day of promulgation.
