DECREE OF PRESIDENT OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
ON INCREASE IN MINIMUM MONTHLY SALARY
In accordance with the State policy aimed at improvement of welfare of population, ensuring poverty reduction in the country and reinforcing social protection of poor part of the population, I hereby decree:
1. The minimum monthly salary shall be established at the amount of 100000 manats from the 1st of July 2004.
2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic shall resolve the questions arising from the present Decree.
3. The Decree No 910 of President of the Azerbaijan Republic of 4 August 2003 “On Increase in Minimum Monthly Salary” shall be considered as stale.
