DECREE OF PRESIDENT OF THE AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
1. From the point 1 approved by the Decree of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic #705 dated May 19, 1998, “Regulations on release and registration of shares of the open joint-stock companies created during privatization of the state property” to exclude words “the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic dated November 24, 1992 “On securities and stock exchanges”.
2. In the point 7.8 of the Decree of President of the Azerbaijan Republic # 161 dated July 26, 1999 “Regulations on the State Committee on securities under the President of the Azerbaijan Republic” the words “with a state-set price” to replace with the words “the state securities (in view of opinion of the emitter)”.
3. In the point 1.1 of the Decree of President of the Azerbaijan Republic # 432 dated December 23, 2000 “Regulations about to preferential sale to labor collective of shares of the state enterprises transformed into open joint-stock company” the words “by law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On joint-stock company” to replace with words “the Civil Code of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic”.
4. To exclude the second paragraph of the point 3 of the Decree of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic # 161 dated July 26, 1999 “On maintenance of activity of the State Committee On Securities under the President of the Azerbaijan Republic”.
5. The present Decree inures from the date of signing.
