DECREE OF PRESIDENT OF THE AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
ON APPROVAL OF REGULATIONS OF THE NATIONAL PARKS CREATED IN AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
Under the Article 21 of Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On especially protected natural areas and objects”, I, hereby, decree:
1. To approve the regulations on national parks created in the Azerbaijan Republic:
1.1. “Regulations on the Ordubad National Park of Azerbaijan Republic after academician Hasan Aliyev” (enclosed):
1.2. “Regulations on the Shirvan National Park of Azerbaijan Republic” (enclosed);
1.3. “Regulations on the Aggel National Park of Azerbaijan Republic” (enclosed);
2. Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic and the Ministry of ecology and natural resources within their powers to solve the questions arising from the present Decree
3. The Decree inures on the day of signing.
