With a view of regulation of use of wild-growing herbs in territory of the Azerbaijan Republic and increase of its efficiency, and also improvement of the mechanism of the state control over this area, I, hereby resolve:

1. “The List of kinds of the activity demanding special license” and “the List of kinds of activity on which enforcement bodies of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic shall be given special license”, authorized by the Decree of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic #782 from September 2, 2002, “On improvement of rules of delivery of the special license for some kinds of activity” (the Collection of acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2002, # 9, Article 555; 2003, 3 3, Article 153, #10, Article 570; 2005, #2, Article 69, 3 4, Article301, 307, the Decree of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic #289 from August 30, 2005) to add accordingly to items 34 and 15 following contents:

34. Gathering raw material of wild-growing herbs - The ministry of ecology and natural resources of the Azerbaijan Republic

15. Gathering raw material of wild-growing herbs 2. Cabinet of the Azerbaijan Republic shall solve the questions following from the true Decree.

3. The present Decree inures from the date of signing.
