    DECREE OF PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN

    ON APPLICATION OF THE LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN “ ON INTRODUCING AMENDMENT TO THE LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN “ ON STATE AID TO SMALL ENTREPRENEURSHIP”

    For the purpose of ensuring application of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On introducing amendment to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “ On state aid to small entrepreneurship”, I hereby decree: it shall be determined that powers of the “Relevant executive body envisaged by paragraph 2, article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “ On state aid to small entrepreneurship” are exercised by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
