DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
Following to ensure application of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On introduction of amendments and supplements in some legislative acts of Azerbaijan Republic in connection with application of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On budget system”, in the view of coming into effect of the said Law, I, hereby, resolve:
1. To assign the Cabinet of Minister of Azerbaijan Republic within a month
1.1. to submit to the President of Azerbaijan Republic the proposals to bring the existing legislative acts in conformity with the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On introduction of amendments and supplements in some legislative acts of Azerbaijan Republic in connection with application of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On budget system”;
1.2. to ensure bringing the legal-standard acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic and relevant executive power bodies in conformity with the mentioned law and inform the President of Azerbaijan Republic;
1.3. within its powers to solve other questions stemming from the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On introduction of amendments and supplements in some legislative acts of Azerbaijan Republic in connection with application of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On budget system”;
2. to set that the stipulated by the Article 6.4 of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On bases of municipal finances”, the powers of “the relevant executive body” is implemented by the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan Republic.
3. The Decree comes into force on the day of promulgation.
