DECREE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN
With the aim of fulfillment of the third and fourth paragraphs of article 2 of the Decree of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No 386 of August 26, 2000 “On application of the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On approval, validity of the Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the related issues of legal regulation”, I decree:
1. To approve the Rules “Working out and conduct of the official register of mortgage of all securities” (attached - Appendix 1).
2. To approve the Rules “Working out and conduct of state register of real estate mortgage, made official by securities” (attached - Appendix 2).
3. To assign the Cabinet of Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan to sole the issues related to this Decree within one month.
4. To assign the State Committee for Securities under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan to solve all issues related to this Decree.
