    DINA PRESTON BAND GIVES CONCERT IN SHAKI

    US Dina Preston Band started their Azerbaijan tour with a concert in Shaki city on July 16 at the State Theater of Drama. The concert was organized by the US Department of State and US embassy in Azerbaijan.

    The band was founded in 1989 in the State of Arizona.

    Deputy head of the Shaki Executive Power Zarina Javadova said that representative of the US embassy Dmitri Tarakhovski, who participated in the international “Sanatkarlar Gunu” holiday festivities on July 23 in Shaki, proposed to stage the concert in this city.

    Head of the Shaki Executive Power Nazim Ibrahimov was present at the concert.
