Delacroix's ambiguous relationship with nature

In doing so, it forces animals such as tigers, lions or horses to show enthusiasm, ferocity, movement, and the preparatory sketch is “very accurate”, but in the final picture the imagination prevails with completely twisted jaws or unrealistic anatomy.
