    Delegation of Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Culture visits Library of Alexandria

    A delegation of Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Culture and representatives of the Azerbaijani Embassy in Egypt, who participated in the 53rd Cairo International Book Fair attended by 51 countries, visited the famous Library of Alexandria.

    The delegation laid flowers in front of the bust of the great Azerbaijani poet and thinker Nizami Ganjavi in the lobby of the library. Representatives of the Ministry of Culture were given detailed information about the Library of Alexandria. They also familiarized themselves with the halls, ancient monuments and manuscripts.
